3. how would a silent film be shot differently due to the lack of sound?

-Silent films would have more emphasis on motion of the central characters in order to maxmize their dynamic actions. The piece also mentions how silent films would shot at a lower frame rate than how they were later shown to audiences. This was done to speed up the action and make it more eye-catching and compelling.
