2) Immediacy depends on hypermediacy, Bolter explains how filmmakers use live-action footage as well as computer compositing, is there any other examples of hypermediacy with other types of media?

On page 15, Bolter mentions theme parks and video arcades that use audio and visual elements to create a more engaging entertainment experience. Both of them use extensive artistic images to enhance the user's environment. This means that video games will not only have elements of friends and enemies but also that the backgrounds in the game will look familar, with recognizable product logos for example or have famous images that add to the realism of the game. The same is true for audio samples where environments are empty without appropriate sound to add to the ambiance and the senses.
